Monster Mash October 26th
Our Annual Monster Mash Halloween Party is Friday, October 26th from 6-8pm. The party will be held in the gym with several rooms open for movies, crafts, and other fun! As always, we'll have plenty of snacks, drinks, hauntingly good music, and pictures in the photo booth! Please remember that all students must have a parent or guardian to attend. Want to help volunteer? Sure you do! Sign up here: http://signup.com/go/Frwstfz We are also requesting parents send in empty and clean 2 gallon jugs to help decorate. They can be dropped off at the security desk. Monster Mash RSVP to help gauge how many snacks, drinks, and crafts are needed. Please turn into the main office.
8th Grade High School Information Night & High School Fair
Families of 8th grade students: please join us for an informational night about the high school process. We will begin at 6pm in the auditorium. Please contact Ms. Irwin with any questions (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will be scheduling a seperate open house for 6th and 7th grade families shortly
The CPS Lottery Application is now open and can be accessed here. When completing the application, be sure to check the sibling box if you have another child at NPS.
Please also select multiple schools that you are interested in attending. There is no guarantee that there will be a seat available in your child's grade requested grade. If there are any questions please email Mr. Coors.
Vision and Hearing Screenings
Free vision and hearing screenings, provided by CPS, are scheduled for the week of October 22nd. The following students are scheduled to be screened as well as students with IEPs and 504 plans and students referred by teachers and/or parents:
Hearing: 3rd grade
Vision: 8th grade
Vision and Hearing: Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd
